This research aims analyze factors influence business strategy decision-making at Business Incubator Bandung Techno Park through ten types pivot concepts. phenomena this were explored using case study method. data collection technique was semi-structured interviews triangulation sources by involving startup alumni as interviewees. interviewees involved four CEOs expert. Interviewees interviewed about concept strategy. commonly used are Zoom-in Pivot, Zoom-out Customer Segment Need Pivot. deciding use customer request, lection inappropriate target segments, inadequate vision, incompatible features, finding new opportunities match needs.
